Attain Shockoe utilizes PetScreening.com to screen household pets, review reasonable accommodation requests for assistance and service animals, and confirm every resident understands our pet policies. All future residents must create a PetScreening.com Profile, even if there will not be a pet in the apartment.

Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull, Pit Bull Terrier, American Terrier, Staffordshire Terriers or any mix or cross breeds. Rottweiler (no full or mixed breeds), Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Alaskan Malamute or Akitas, or any other aggressive breeds.
